New opening for an Architectural Project Manager job, with a medium-sized architecture and interior design firm with headquarters in Dallas, TX. The role is focused on hospitality and commercial projects across the region, leading small/medium-sized projects, offering a salary of up to $115,000 plus benefits!

With over forty years of experience, the practice is renowned for expertly designing and executing commercial projects nationwide. Their diverse portfolio includes hospitality, interiors, residences, mixed-use developments, and more. With a team of over 65 professionals across multiple locations, they are primed for growth. The firm is currently seeking an Architectural Project Manager to join their Dallas team, overseeing project coordination to ensure efficient execution within their collaborative environment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders throughout project phases, ensuring alignment with client and firm objectives
  • Provide leadership to project teams, delegating tasks and fostering a collaborative work environment
  • Assist in proposal preparation, contract review, and business development efforts
  • Develop project work plans, and oversee architectural aspects from conception to construction administration
  • Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and ensure adherence to budgets and schedules
  • Manage quality control processes and participate in client meetings and documentation
  • Ensure adherence to quality control and assurance programs throughout project lifecycles
  • Review construction cost estimates and schedules, conduct site visits, and assist with submittal reviews.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Degree qualified in Architecture, or similar
  • Architecture licensure required, NCARB preferred
  • Experience with construction administration
  • CSI, LEED, or WELL accreditations are desirable
  • Proficient in Bluebeam, MS Office, Deltek Vision, and Revit/BIM360
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Adobe CC, Enscape, MS Project, and Sketchup preferred.
