Hunt Electric, Inc. based in Salt Lake City, UT, is seeking an enthusiastic and reliable HR Sourcing Specialist who will report to the Recruiting Manager. Our ideal candidate should be outgoing, highly energetic, goal-oriented, and able to work well in a team environment. Having a background or experience in construction, recruiting, customer service, or a call center is an advantage, as you will be developing relationships and screening job candidates.

The HR Sourcing Specialist will assist in providing support for the recruitment process, including reviewing resumes and screening candidates by phone, scheduling interviews, and assisting our recruiting department with administrative and HR-related tasks as needed.

Major Duties:

• Use all available resources to contact potential candidates and persuade them to consider working for Hunt Electric.
• Build a talent database using our ATS, screen resumes and job applications, conduct introductory phone screenings, and schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates.
• Maintain job postings on various online platforms and social media channels.
• Assist in developing and executing innovative strategies to increase employee referrals and attract top talent.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends to identify potential growth opportunities for the company.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills to effectively communicate the benefits of working for Hunt Electric.
• Thrives in a challenging and fast-paced professional environment and is willing to take on a variety of tasks.
• Strong computer skills and administrative experience, including proficiency in MS Office tools.
• Demonstrated ability to work professionally as part of a team at all levels.
• Possesses high levels of energy, creativity, and enthusiasm and is eager to learn.
• Must have excellent organizational and time management skills.
• High School Diploma is required.

This full-time position receives a competitive salary commensurate with experience and position responsibilities.
