Hungry Howies is Hiring a Shift Leader Near Surprise, AZ
The Shift Leader is responsible for effectively and efficiently managing a restaurant within the guidelines of the company. The Shift Leader is considered a "Manager In Training".
Qualifications include: At least two years of experience in the quick service industry.
Interacting with guests, staff and management.
Opening and/or closing the restaurant according to Hungry Howie's standards by supervising Team Member performance including setup, food preparation and cleaning. Ensuring Team Members follow all Company safety policies.***WE OFFER A VERY ATTAINABLE BONUS TO ALL CREW MEMBERS!
