Day to day responsibilities include...

- Scheduling and controlling labor costs

- Hiring and training crew and drivers

- Maintaining a clean store with perfect crew image

- Following recipes and controlling food cost

- Maintaining a culture that values people first

- Providing excellent customer service

Experience and necessary skills include..

- Prior management experience

- The ability to lift at least 50 lbs

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

- Basic math skills

- Working knowledge of spread sheets and word processing software

- Great communication and leadership skills

Pay ranges between 35-40k for AGMs and 50-60k for General Managers.
