Humanitary Medical Center is looking for an experienced driver to join our team. We are actively interviewing, and our team is waiting for the right candidate!
Job duties : The following duties are illustrative and not exhaustive.
- Transport patients to and from medical appointments safely and professionally.
- Confirm appointments with our patients
- Perform daily car inspections, keep the car clean and well-maintained.
- Regularly check for safety issues and report any concerns to the appropriate manager.
- Follow all traffic regulations and ensure a smooth and timely journey to the designated locations.
- Assist patients in boarding and disembarking from the vehicle, providing any necessary support, such as helping them with walkers or wheelchairs.
- Demonstrate compassion, empathy and patience when dealing with patients
- Communicate effectively and professionally with patients, their families, and medical staff to address any concerns or special requirements.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements :
- Customer service skills.
- A high level of professionalism.
- Valid Florida license and reliable vehicle.
- Previous Driving Experience with passenger transport
- Clean Driving Record
- Pass a criminal background check
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Bilingual (English - Spanish) preferred.
