HumanHire is working with a national healthcare network with over 2,000 providers nation wide in search of a Patient Experience Specialist to join our clients team! As a Patient Experience Specialist, you'll play a vital role in advocating for our patients and families, ensuring a positive experience throughout their care journey.
What's in it for you?
- Location : Poughkeepsie, NY
- Pay : $15 / hour plus benefits and weekly pay!
- Schedule : Mon-Fri, 9 : 30am 6 : 00pm, Rotating Saturdays
Responsibilities :
- Collect patient feedback from emails, social media, surveys, etc.
- Create monthly / quarterly reports that track and analyze recurring patient concerns and inquiries.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
Qualifications :
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, ideally in healthcare or hospitality
- Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
