Are you an ambitious Clinical Psychologist searching for an engaging role where you can actively impact lives? Join our client, a prominent mental health organization in White Plains, NY.
Compensation: $100,000 - $150,000 with exceptional benefits package.
We're offering a $10,000 sign-on bonus. (Quarterly Incentive Bonus Program)
Position Overview:
You'll participate in revenue-generating service obligations, encompassing sessions with individuals, families, couples, and groups, as well as consultations, coaching, workshops, and assessments.
Primary Duties:
Conduct sessions with individuals, families, couples, and groups. Deliver direct clinical services in CBT and/or DBT. Lead consultations with agencies/schools and conduct training sessions. Handle billing and collections accurately and promptly. Maintain effective communication with patients, referring parties, and stakeholders. Responsibly manage rescheduling for missed sessions.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
Proficiency in clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment. Completion of didactic training and supervised clinical practice spanning a minimum of three years. Strong preference for expertise in CBT and/or DBT. Experience in treating various disorders across different age groups. Current, valid NY State License in good standing.
Education Requirements:
PhD or PsyD in Clinical, Combined School-Clinical Psychology, School Psychology, or Counseling Psychology.
