We are actively seeking Clinical Registered Nurse Supervisor to join our homecare nursing team. The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong background in home health, long term care and/or outpatient therapy and has at least two years of clinical experience (but not required). *We are willing to Train Newly graduates with a current RN License. * Strong communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to think quickly on one's feet are a must-have for this opportunity.
Responsibilities Include:
* Monitor and supervise home health aides (HHA's) .
* Communicate medical information to office, staffing department Director of Clinical Services.
* Demonstrate basic first aid skills, as needed.
* Teach patients about their medical condition and provide basic education on how to manage symptoms.
* Teach patients' family members how to care for the patient.
* Administer medications as directed by a medical practitioner.
* Complete patient assessments as needed
