Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Practitioner to help open our first location in Austin, TX. As the Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for overseeing and delivering patient care. Duties and responsibilities:

• Assess the physical and mental condition of patients by performing and obtaining comprehensive or problem-focused physical examinations and medical histories.
• Order, collect, interpret, and evaluate laboratory and other diagnostic tests to assess patient problems and health care needs.
• Recommend, prescribe, and/or deliver multi-disciplinary therapeutic treatments and procedures or perform indicated procedures in accordance with approved protocols/policies with attention to efficacy, safety, and cost.
• Recommend interventions to modify behavior associated with health risks.
• Formulate and implement comprehensive patient treatment plans based on principles of Wellness and Longevity Medicine, including optimization of multi-system long-term risk factors.
• Counsel patients and families regarding medical processes, management of the health illness/condition, medication, nutrition, and health promotion.
• Maintain appropriate records detailing the patient’s treatment plans and outcomes. Initiate timely consultation and referral when the problem exceeds scope of practice and/or expertise.
• Perform procedures specific to scope of practice and knowledge of the provider as delegated by supervising Physician.

Requirements and qualifications:

• Valid Texas Advanced Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant License
• Valid Texas DEA certificate
• Passion for health, wellness, and longevity science
• Experience in Hormone Optimization
• Ability to engage and educate about services
• Entrepreneurial spirit
• Team leader
• Full-time, expected working hour up to 40 hours per week

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
