The Supervisor, Center Administration works within thorough, prescribed guidelines and procedures; uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors to solve basic problems; collaborates with management and top professionals/specialists in selection of methods, techniques, and analytical approach.

The Supervisor, Center Administration helps develop and leads implementation for staffing plans, policies and procedures for the facility and works closely with clinicians to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Decisions are typically related to schedule, plans and daily operations. Performs escalated or more complex work of a similar nature and supervises a group of typically support and technical associates; coordinates and provides day-to-day oversight to associates. Ensures consistency in execution across team. Holds team members accountable for following established policies.

• Progressive experience in managed care contracting and / or provider relations. 

• Excellent customer service.

• Employees are expected to treat patients with compassion and protect their rights. 

• Adhere to all Company policies. 

• Microsoft Word, Power Point, and Excel 

• Progressive experience in managed care contracting and / or provider relations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bilingual English (read, write & speak) and Spanish.

• Associate's degree

• Ability to work with the elderly population in a fast-paced environment.

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$52,500 - $72,300 per yearThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
