This position requires travel and/or transportation. Essential qualifications include an Associated Degree in a related field or High School Diploma/GED, a valid PA Driver’s License, and clear background checks. The DSP must possess computer skills and be proficient in using agency software.

Responsibilities include supporting residents in daily activities, transportation, community integration, ISP implementation, first aid/CPR, medical appointments, financial management, documentation, and communication with supervisors.
