Opportunity Description

Experienced Medical Office professional needed for expanding medical facility located in the Mid-Westchester area. We are looking to fill 2nd shift.

3pm to 12am. All candidates must be flexible with days, hours including weekend rotations

Please note this is a 5 day a week position. All candidates must be able to work the schedule above including weekends.

Job Duties

• Patient registration - gathering and updating patient demographics
• Obtaining Signatures for consent of treatment
• Answering busy phones
• Gathering and verifying insurance information
• Assisting with scheduling appointments

Experience & Skills Required

• Prior medical office support experience in a busy medical environment REQUIRED
• Inusrance verification experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Over-time eligible
• EMR experience a plus
• Must be flexible to work some additional shifts and weekends if needed
