DUTIES:

- This Director will be responsible for oversight of all Recovery Services located in St. Louis, Lake, and Carlton County.

- They will work with Program Supervisors and community partners to hire and train staff, manage budget, and ensure compliance with government and agency requirements.

- Additionally, the Director will provide clinical practice within claimed competencies.

- The Director must be detailed orientated, collaborate, prepare, plan, and implement program initiatives and monitor their progress to completion.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor and/or Licensed Mental Health Professional (LICSW, LMFT, PhD., etc.).

- Three years’ experience providing services.

- Experience within leadership positions.

- Strong written and oral communication skills.
