POSITION TITLE: Bilingual Contact Center Agent (Christian Pro Life Organization)
CLASSIFICATION: Non-Exempt
TYPE: Full time (Monday-Friday 1 Saturday per month) - Remote
REPORTS TO: Contact Center Manager
SUMMARY: The Contact Center receives and responds to phone calls, chats & web communication with clients seeking pregnancy services. The ultimate goal is to provide assistance with program resources, schedule sonograms and offer counseling services. We service pregnancy resource centers throughout the country and we are the primary contact for our Women’s Care Clinics.
MUST BE BILINGUAL - ENGLISH & SPANISH
Contact Center Agents help women who are facing an unplanned pregnancy to receive all of the testing and information they need to make an informed LIFE decision about their pregnancy.
