We are seeking a Manager to join our team!
We are looking for candidates with an " Ownership Mentality" that are experienced on maintaining standards, consistently exceeding expectations, staffing and day to day operations.
We need proven result oriented candidates like you to apply.
Responsibilities :
- Willing to work nights and weekends, holidays when necessary
- Adjust daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency
- Train and evaluate employees
- Track monthly results and trends for business forecasting
- Resolve escalated customer complaints
Qualifications :
- Have 3-5 years full service management experience
- Be professional and Charismatic
- Be a hands on manager with ability and energy to continually direct staff in confident and enthusiastic manner
- Have a polished well groomed appearance
- Complete understanding of hospitality and what it means to ensure total guest satisfaction
- True passion for the industry
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Strong leadership qualities
- Must live within 30 miles of this location
