Haines, Jones & Cadbury (HJC) , a division of Hajoca , is a national construction material supplier. HJC specializes in providing comprehensive construction material packages to major retail chains from coast-to-coast for new construction and remodel projects.
HJC is looking for a Customer Service Specialist at their Bentonville, AR location.
Are you friendly and do you thrive on providing great customer service? Are you knowledgeable and detail-oriented? If so, we’d like you to join our team as a Customer Service Specialist .
You will :
Provide total care for our customers to ensure that we meet their expectations every time they interact with us.
Provide sales and support to field customers at off-site delivery locations.
Confidently assist customers who purchase merchandise at the Profit Center.
Provide customers with reliable information regarding product specifications, pricing, and availability.
Process cash sale returns and refund paperwork in accordance with Company policy and procedure.
Inform supervisor of inventory levels or stock depletions that could impact customer service levels
Process vendor shipments or customer returns
About You :
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in customer service, online sales, or contractor sales preferred

Be able to build and maintain a positive working relationship with customers, vendors, and co-workers.
Be able to quickly develop comprehensive knowledge of products sold at the Profit Center.
Be able to learn and operate the computer related systems used in operations, the delivery process, and to process orders.
Be able to remain calm and function effectively in stressful, unexpected, and / or emergency situations.
Be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
