Job Objective/Summary: This mission critical position is responsible for maintaining Lawrence Healthcare departments/buildings by keeping the building and grounds in repair, running courier service, installing new equipment, repairs and plumbing and electrical work. Work involves some bio-medical, and preventive maintenance.

Job Education, Licenses/Certifications, Knowledge & Experience: A high school degree or equivalent is preferred. Maintenance experience preferred, but not required.
