ABOUT THE POSITION

The Parts Assistant- Warehouse/Shipping functions as part of the Parts Team and are responsible for unloading, loading, verifying, storing shipments and backing up other parts roles.

In this role you will:

• Process Products Received through unloading and inspecting products in comparison to shipping documents and updating the inventory system
• Process Outbound Orders by packing orders for shipment and determining shipment method
• Make Daily Pickup and Delivery Runs for customers and branch needs
• Maintain the Warehouse - cleaning and straightening parts bins and keeping warehouse orderly and neat
• Back Up for Parts Personnel to include filling in for Parts Sales staff

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 21 years of age with clean driving record
• Ability to be forklift certified
• Above average communication skills
• Ability to read
• High School diploma or equivalent

SKILLS THAT WILL SET YOU UP FOR SUCCESS MAY INCLUDE:

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to accomplish duties with accuracy and timeliness

RELATED EXPERIENCE MAY INCLUDE: Warehouse Associate, Shipping/Receiving Clerk, Parts Delivery
