Hugg and Hall is Hiring a Remote INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Hugg & Hall Equipment Company is looking for someone with strong customer service, administrative, and sales skills to join our team as an Inside Sales Representative. We are a full-service equipment company specializing in industrial and construction equipment since 1956 and was recently named one of the Best Places to Work in 2023 by Arkansas Business. ABOUT THE POSITION

Inside Rental Sales function as part of the Rental Team and are responsible for coordinating customer requests for rental of equipment and meeting the customers' needs through education of the equipment necessary for the task.

In this role you will:

  • Engage with current and prospective customers to build lasting relationships via in person, telephone, and/or email
  • Manage the rental order process including coordinating with other departments to ensure timely fulfilment of customer requests
  • Effectively communicate with all involved parties including Salespeople, Coordinators, Managers, and Customers providing accurate quotes and fulfillment updates

REQUIREMENTS

  • High School Diploma/Equivalent with relevant experience - College Degree preferred
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Ability to present and sell at all customer levels
  • Ability to work in fast-pace environment while multi-tasking to meet customers' needs
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

SKILLS THAT WILL SET YOU UP FOR SUCCESS MAY INCLUDE:

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to organize and independently manage time
  • Solid administrative Skills
