Description
As a member of the Hospice team, the LPN works primarily in a support role by performing tasks and responsibilities within the framework of case findings, health teaching, health counseling and provision of supportive and restorative care under the direction of a registered nurse carrying out the nursing process. The LPN works under the direct supervision of the RN or licensed physician and interacts with patients, spouse, significant others, family members, physicians, and fellow team members in keeping with the mission and mandate of Hospice.

PREFERRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm
Pay: $27-29 per hour
FLSA: Non-Exempt
