At Hudson Pacific Properties, we provide best-in-class office space to the biggest names in tech and media (i.e. Netflix & Amazon), and we're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IT Program Manager to manage and lead the company's IT initiatives to success. This role involves leading complex IT projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of project management methodologies, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record in managing medium to large-scale IT projects. 
What You'll Do 
  • Work with management on identifying, strategizing, and prioritizing projects, ensuring they align with business goals and objectives.
  • Lead and oversee all phases of IT project management, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • Coordinate and manage project teams, fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Monitor project progress, adjusting schedules and resources as needed.
  • Manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and financial accountability.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
  • Maintain timely, clear, and effective communication with stakeholders, including regular project updates.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations and report on outcomes.
  • Miscellaneous projects as assigned.
What You'll Need 
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Having at least 2-3 years of practical experience with Real Estate financial and/or operational business knowledge is highly advantageous.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2 certification, or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) and/or Sr. Project Manager certifications from the American Society for the Advancement of Project Management, preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead effectively, ensuring team members remain focused and on track. 
  • Skilled in enforcing accountability, swiftly tackling emergency issues, and adept at resolving conflicts when they occur.
  • Required proficiency in project management tools and technologies, including MS Project or MS Planner, Teams, and/or comparable software solutions.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities to determine the most effective and feasible solutions that align with business objectives. Sharp focus on details while also grasping the broader strategic goals.
  • Clear, straightforward, and efficient communication abilities; adept at engaging with individuals at all organizational levels. 
  • Proficient in presentation skills and capable of expressing ideas in both technical and easily understandable language.
Salary Range: $175,000.00 to $183,000.00 annually USD (subject to relevant experience)
