At Hudson Pacific Properties, we provide best-in-class office space to the biggest names in tech and media (i.e., Netflix & Amazon), and we're seeking a Programming & Events Coordinator to support new and ongoing initiatives to activate assets through events, programming, and a range of marketing functions for our Seattle, WA region.

What You'll Do

Events & Programming Support – 60%.

  • Support the creation and execution of tenant and public events and programming.
  • Work with the Program Manager to design seasonal initiatives, giveaways, events, and promotions.
  • Track expenses for events and programming initiatives.
  • Maintain up-to-date calendar for public, merchant, and tenant events.
  • Collect, process, and track vendor COIs.
  • Thought partner for events, activations, and program initiatives.
  • Work with property team, security, engineering, and custodial teams from planning to execution stage to ensure activations are successful.
  • Work with accounting and property management to process and track client billings.
  • Implement and update venue policies and procedures.
  • Schedule and host tours with event partners such as clients, planners, caterers, AV, and act as an onsite point of contact.
  • Assists in scheduling meetings and taking meeting notes.
  • Communicate with clients and vendors in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide administrative support for the contracting process.
  • Miscellaneous projects as assigned.
 

Marketing and Communications - 40%

  • Support various marketing functions, including communications, advertising, branding, digital marketing, and social media.
  • Write content for both print and web, including website, app, and email marketing.
  • Create marketing assets such as graphics, photos, and video.
  • Collaborate with event partners on co-branded assets when necessary.
  • Work with existing retail tenants and event partners on promotional campaigns to drive traffic and sales.
  • Support strategies to grow an online audience, newsletter database, and brand and event awareness.
  • Provide occasional onsite photography of events and special offerings.
  • Manage and oversee the company's social media platforms.
  • Keep informed about industry trends and best practices.
  • Assess and report on the effectiveness of marketing strategies.
 What You'll Need
  • 4-year degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
  • Minimum of two years of related work experience.
  • Flexible scheduling availability – ability to work occasional nights and/or weekends as the position requires.
  • Able to work independently and must be a self-starter.
  • Have strong creative instincts and the ability to collaborate.
  • Possess a solid understanding of traditional and digital marketing techniques and social media platforms.
  • Expert time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong skills in all Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite applications.
  • Experience with SEO and email marketing software is an asset. 
Salary Range: $33.00 to $36.00 an hour USD (subject to relevant experience)
