We are seeking a Behavior Technician to work with children with autism and related developmental disabilities. As a Behavior Technician, you will be responsible for implementing behavior plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to help clients learn new skills and reduce challenging behaviors.

Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA
• Collect data on client progress and behavior using electronic data collection systems
• Provide direct one-on-one therapy to clients in their homes, schools, and community settings
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals involved in the client's care to ensure consistency across all environments
• Attend regular team meetings and training sessions to ensure ongoing professional development

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred
• Previous experience working with children with autism or related developmental disabilities preferred but not required
• Current TB test
• Fingerprint clearance card
• Must pass a background check
• Must have reliable transportation
