Comfort Wave Home Services is Hiring a Business Development Representative - Moore Near Oklahoma City, OK

Overview:

Walk-in Wednesday!

On May 1, we will be holding on-the-spot interviews for this position. Please come in through the left-side entrance and sign in. Snacks, water, and coffee will also be provided.

Location: 7313 SW 67th Street, Oklahoma City, OK 73169

Time: 10am - 4pm

Our BDR's work in the field at our partner retail locations (membership warehouses), greeting and engaging with customers face-to-face while generating interest in scheduling service appointments for residential furnace and air-conditioning maintenance & replacement. Were looking for motivated , sales driven & career-minded people to join our field team! Energetic, outgoing, tenacious people who enjoy working with the public and have a little competitive spirit tend to be very successful in this position!

What We Offer

    • Base hourly rate $17/hour PLUS uncapped commission ~ earn on average $20-30/hour

Responsibilities:

What Will I Do?

  • Autonomous work in the field at one of our partner retail locations (Ability to work independently required)
  • Greet customers in the store, encouraging them to stop and learn about the companys products and services
  • Engage customers in conversation and connect them with our in-house call center to schedule an appointment
  • Build relationships with customers who may be interested in reaching back out at a later date for themselves, friends, or family members
  • Attend weekly or monthly meetings and trainings
  • Represent the company professionally, honestly, and ethically
Qualifications:

Do I Have What it Takes?

  • Reliable transportation and a smart phone (Bring your own device stipend offered)
  • Weekend availability required
  • Strong work ethic to perform independently with minimal supervision
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Bilingual speaking is a plus (but not required)
