Hubbard Supplyhouse is a plumbing, lighting, and irrigation distributor that builds customer partnerships by assisting local builders, contractors, and homeowners in the creation of beautiful living spaces. We are a family-owned, Christian company that believes in taking care of our customers and employees. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented and
motivated Marketing Assistant to join our team and contribute to our ongoing success.
1. Event Support:
• Communicate with vendor partners and rep agencies to gain approval for marketing events and collect on approved events.
• Assist in the planning and execution of company events, counter days, product training, and sponsorships.
• Coordinate logistics and promotional materials for events.
• Assist the Marketing team with the creation of the company event calendar.
2. Content Creation:
• Support the creation of engaging and compelling marketing content for various platforms, including social media, email, and website.
• Assist in proofreading and editing marketing materials to maintain brand consistency.
3. Campaign Coordination:
• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing initiatives.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics.
4. Social Media Management:
• Help manage and grow our social media presence by scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and tracking social media analytics.
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into social media strategies.
5. Data Analysis:
• Collect and analyze marketing data to identify trends and insights.
• Prepare reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
6. Market Research:
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and customer behavior to inform marketing strategies.
• Compile and present findings to support decision-making processes.
7. Administrative Tasks:
• Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
• Provide customers, team members, and partners with customer purchase reports to fulfill rebate requests.
• Onboard customers to our business portal and assist the sales team with streamlining the customer buying process.

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing tools and platforms.
- Basic knowledge of design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
Education: High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field or position (3 years preferred)
