Client onboarding:

• Follow onboarding checklist, monitor checklist through completion, and campaign launch
• Attend pre-launch meetings to develop a relationship with new clients (virtual)
• Work with the Quality Control Manager to gain access to all applicable client platforms (Google Analytics, Google My Business, Facebook, etc.)
• Creative
• Receives creative assets from clients (brand kit, logos, etc.)
• Coordinates requests with designers
• Sends proofs to client for approval
• Sends approved creative to campaign managers
• Track and communicate progress of all facets of the process to ensure on-time campaign launch.

Account Management: Assist the Client Development Strategists with ongoing client management

• Finance
• Work with finance for billing adjustments
• Email and insure invoices are received by clients
• Monthly co-op asset collection and distribution to clients
• Campaign management tasks:
• Acts as the client liaison to receive copy, photos, review generation lists, video, and other items.
• Completes ongoing tasks to ensure progress and performance of various types of digital campaigns

Client Reporting & Optimizations:

• Provide access and train clients to use reporting tools
• Provide basic monthly reporting
• Email client Campaign Reports attached with a 2-3 sentence recap.
• Shadow Client Development Strategists as needed on monthly client reporting calls (virtual)

• Must have a strong focus on customer service and willingness to present ideas. It is essential to be comfortable in client-facing meetings
• Knowledge of current digital marketing trends and tactics is a plus
• Embrace and use technology such as Zoom and other Apps
• In depth knowledge of MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Must be deadline-oriented with strong attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to function successfully in team environment
• Ability to work in compliance with company policies and procedures
• Project an appropriate professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to work established schedule and other hours as needed
