Job Description
We're looking for a seasoned Senior Product Manager with a strong background in HVAC, hardware, and software to drive the success of our personal energy management system. As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining and executing the product strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products that meet customer needs.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement product strategies, roadmaps, and requirements documents (PRDs) that align with the company's overall vision and goals
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and sales teams to ensure successful product development and launch
- Conduct market research, customer analysis, and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities and inform product decisions
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success
- Work closely with stakeholders to prioritize product features and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and customer needs to identify opportunities for innovation and growth
Requirements
Essential Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in product management, with a focus on HVAC, hardware, and software products
- Strong understanding of product development processes, including Agile methodologies
- Proven track record of successfully launching products and driving revenue growth
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Preferable Requirements:
- Experience with energy management systems, IoT devices, or smart home technologies
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations (e.g., ENERGY STAR, UL)
- Certification in product management (e.g., PMP, CSPO)
