We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated General Manager to oversee our operations. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our business, including team management, food safety, customer service, and financial performance. Duties:
- Provide leadership and guidance to the team, ensuring a positive work environment
- Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of all departments
- Implement and enforce food safety standards to maintain compliance with regulations
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring exceptional service
- Manage inventory and control costs to maximize profitability
- Create and execute marketing strategies to drive business growth
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff members
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other managers to develop and implement company policies and procedures
