Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Experience in healthcloud, sales and service cloud.
  • SFDC Technical lead with min of 10 years in IT industry, with hands-on Salesforce.com architecting/solutions, and development (coding) in Apex and Visualforce, and Lightning, and Experience in Data Modeling specific to Salesforce.
  • Influence a growing team while acting as a technical guide, being able to speak conceptually, document architecturally and be comfortable doing hands on coding as well.
  • Design scalable solutions using a mixture of configuration and code to support business functions and product goals, knowing how to work in and around the limits of the platform.
  • Authority level experience defining the system architecture landscape, identifying gaps between current and desired end-states, and delivering a comprehensive solution that will enable achievement of the desired business outcomes.
  • Experience in detailing business processes and wire-framing system designs using process flow diagram tools, UML, sequence diagrams, etc. as well as making recommendations for future state improved processes and system designs.
  • Strong presentation skills; able to optimally present a point of view and clearly articulate the rationale to a variety of customers.
  • Communicate with product managers, cross functional development teams, network infrastructure, information security, data privacy & compliance and salesforce solution architects to ensure a cohesive technical strategy is designed and executed upon.
  • Be part of the entire development lifecycle of a product from the intake, architecture, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Support and maintain current Salesforce instance(s), including the data model, coding best practices, user permissions, integrations with third party and internal applications, security settings.
  • Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems, utilizing Salesforce APIs, middleware tools, and custom development. Identify integration patterns, recommend integration technologies, and ensure data integrity and security.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge and understanding of the Salesforce platform, including its declarative capabilities, data model, security model, and integration options. Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and functionalities, and provide guidance on leveraging new capabilities.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution design documents, technical specifications, data models, and architectural diagrams. Ensure that all technical documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easily understandable by technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, providing guidance, recommendations, and explanations as needed.
  • Stay current with emerging Salesforce and industry trends, best practices, and technologies. Identify opportunities for process improvement, system optimization, and automation to enhance the overall efficiency, performance, and user experience of Salesforce solutions.
  • Candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Apex/Visualforce and Lightning coding and in Salesforce administration, configuration, and customization, including reports and dashboards.
  • Experience of least 2 Actual Projects in the Salesforce.com LIGHTNING version, including working on Aura framework, and creating Lightning components/LWC.
  • Good knowledge and working experience in OmniStudio.
  • Knowledge of all the data models of Health Cloud and external objects in value add..
  • Value add: Knowledge of compliance requirements and interoperability (HIPAA, HL7, FHIR etc).
  • Value add: Integrate Salesforce Health Cloud with EHR, EMR, Utilization and Care management platforms, and member and provider portals.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's or equivalent Degree in the required field
