As a Data Project Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in steering client accounts and overseeing data processes, reporting, and communication that impact conservative organizations across the country. Responsibilities:

• Utilize analytics to help drive key metrics of our clients' fundraising programs.
• Accurately select data based on client orders, making recommendations as needed.
• Review, prepare, and analyze incoming and outgoing data files, meeting quality and accuracy guidelines.
• Build client relationships through regular meetings to understand and address their data needs.
• Communicate directly with vendors and clients on order status and requests.
• Prepare donor data and reports for fundraising appeals.
• Track projects through a project management system, maintaining detailed status updates.
• Meet with potential new clients and help onboard them.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in project management, marketing, Data Science, Data Analytics or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in project management, business analytics, or data analytics.
• Experience in Quality Control and Job Oversight.
• Interest in building client relationships.
• Strong Excel skills; experience with SQL is a plus.
• High level of interest in Marketing and Fundraising.
