The Opportunity
As the Facilities Coordinator, you will play a critical role in the efficient performance of the Facilities Team, and requires an energetic, focused, and self-motivated individual.
You will report to the Facilities Manager and will work onsite at the Bethlehem fulfillment center. The hours of the position will follow a Monday-Friday schedule, but may require flexibility based on needs.

Your Impact
- You will be the admin and management of the site CMMS system, including working with vendors to ensure updates and licenses are current.
- Plan weekly maintenance work assignments, including preventive and planned maintenance, project and corrective work orders.
- You will coordinate with Operations in scheduling of preventive and other planned maintenance activities.
- Prepare preventative maintenance routines and ensure they are reviewed and modified regularly.
- Update work plans, BOMs, equipment files and maintain equipment documents
What You Bring
- 1 year experience in inventory control / maintenance planning. Experience in production planning or maintenance scheduling including experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (Maximo, MP2, Maintenance Connection, SAP) is preferred.
- Associates Degree, or equivalent experience.
