Responsibilities

• Work in a safe manner and follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe workspace.
• Set up and monitor extrusion process parameters.
• Troubleshoot basic process and equipment issues.
• Follows detailed product specifications, work instructions, and manufacturing orders.
• Document production outputs, times, and efficiencies.
• Verify and document that product quality specifications are being met.
• Participates in continuous improvement activities.
• Aspire to continuously acquire additional process and equipment knowledge.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or 2 years of manufacturing experience.
• Good mechanical aptitude.
• Must be able to drive forklift/squeeze lift.
• Must be able to use measuring devices.
• Technically minded with a thorough attention to details.
• Documentation must be legible and accurate.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Good work ethic.
• A good attitude.
• Must have excellent attendance.
• Prior extrusion experience is a plus.
