The Mortgage Experience Associate will be responsible for supporting the Mortgage Originations team by ordering supporting documents (including translations, international credit reports etc.

This role is also responsible for direct interaction with customers, and collaborating directly with mortgage support team, loan officers, and external vendors.

Here's what you can expect :

  • Prioritize workflow to meet deadlines.
  • Serve as liaison to Mortgage Support Teams and external vendors.
  • Proactively follow up on assigned tasks to ensure completion in timely manner.
  • Manage mortgage process to ensure positive customer experience.

For this role, HSBC targets a fixed pay range between $62,500.00 and $93,700.00.

The final fixed pay offer will depend on the candidate and a number of variables, including but not limited to, role responsibilities, skill set, depth of experience and education, licensing / certification requirements, internal relativity, and specific work location.

Requirements

This position requires an individual with :

  • Minimum of an associate degree in business, related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven communications, decision-making, customer service, sales, support, problem- solving, multi-tasking and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently, handle detail and maintain confidentiality.
  • Working knowledge of the mortgage process, including pricing, registration, processing and closing.
  • Incumbents in this role must successfully register with the Nationwide Mortgage

Licensing System Registry (NMLSR) and must obtain a unique identifier through the

registry that will be provided to consumers with whom the incumbent interacts. In addition, incumbents in this role must successfully renew their registration with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System Registry (NMLSR) annually.

Ability to meet project deadlines and objectives independently and within the team.
