HRtoGO/OmegaComp HR is Hiring a Data Entry/Office Assistant Near Mather, CA

Position Description:
A Mather based IT Asset Management company is looking for a responsible Data Entry/Office Assistant. This position consists of data entries to settle customers shipments in ERP system and/or QuickBooks software. There are administrative support functions. The ideal candidate must be able to multitask with attention to detail, organized, and have good computer skills. Some accounting/Excel knowledge/work experience is a plus.
Duties & Responsibilities may include:
Enter pricing data into ERP system to settle each shipment.
Compose statements in PDF format to email to customers for each shipment and help prepare monthly claims.
Create invoices and bills in QuickBooks.
Verify customer logs.
Maintain filing systems electronically and in hard copies.
Communicate with customers and operation groups regarding any shipment report discrepancies.
Help with administrative tasks: answer calls, greet visitors, prepare payroll times, etc.
Work on other administrative support related assignments
Job Requirements:
High school diploma with some college education and/or 2 years of office work experience is preferred.
The ability to achieve a high degree of accuracy, flexibility, and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
Quick learner and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Must be organized and pay attention to detail.
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
Good oral and written communication skills.
Working knowledge of Excel and QuickBooks is a plus.
Will provide training.
Compensation and Benefits:
Pay rate: $17.00 to $20.00/hour.
Health, dental and other insurance.
Paid sick, vacation and holidays.
Retirement plans.
Work Schedule: 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.
