HRtoGO/OmegaComp HR is Hiring an Account/Project Manager Near Mather, CA

Position Description:
A Mather based established IT Asset Management company is looking for an Account/Project Manager who will be the relationship manager and account professional assigned to a portfolio of customers to ensure top-notch customer service is delivered to them. The Account/Project Manager is responsible for cultivating a relationship with the primary day to day customer contacts and coordinating all production management activities per customer requirements. S/he is the vital liaison between the customers and our internal operations teams and the resident guru when it comes to logistics, receiving, processing, and reporting for these customers.
Job Description:
Manage customer job requests from start to finish by ensuring requests are scheduled properly, shipments are received and processed according to SLAs, and all reporting are submitted timely.
Develop weekly receiving and production plans by working with customers and internal operations teams.
Generate and submit various production/WIP reports on weekly or monthly basis from
production data to meet customers requirements.
Maintain close contacts with assigned customers from all locations on daily or as needed basis to ensure prompt response to each request.
Provide logistics support to coordinate and schedule shipments from different customer locations in a timely and efficient manner.
Develop strong relationships and execution of process and workflows that effectively
meet customers needs and requirements.
Identify customer specific service issues proactively, develop solutions, and lead resolution of issues by working with customers and internal operation teams.
Meet with customers at least monthly to discuss service levels and expectations, share process improvements, discuss operation plans, identify gaps in service levels, determine root causes and develop solutions.
Educate customers on company services and policies to expand the current scope of service to customers.
Achieve retention targets and customer satisfaction levels.
Creates collaborative partnerships with Sales & Marketing to develop a comprehensive growth strategy for assigned accounts that is aligned with customers objectives and financial position.
Required Qualifications:
College education in Business Management or related majors and 2 years account/project management experience.
Must be detail oriented and able to multi-task.
Able to work in dynamic environments and meet deadlines. Full-time on-site work.
Excellent people skills with great communications skills: oral and written.
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
Will provide training.
Proven track record of project/production management and maintaining customer accounts through exceptional service is a plus.
Schedule: Monday Friday 8:30am-5:00pm
Compensation and Benefits:
Pay rate: Starting at $25.00 /hour, base ? d on experience.
Steady full-time work.
