Responsibilities

Ö Assist in snow removal.

Ö Assist in mowing.

Ö Assist in inspection of airfield for hazards.

Ö Assist in reporting runway conditions to supervisor, if other than normal.

Ö Assist in maintaining public buildings at airport.

Ö Assist in maintaining airport security.

Ö Assist in maintaining airport perimeter road.

Ö All other duties as assigned.

Ö Perform basic preventative maintenance and light mechanics on equipment being used.

Hours

Ö Seasonal, part-time position.

Ö Hours will typically average 20 hours per week, though additional hours may be required for winter operations.

Ö Work non-standard hours including nights and weekends.

Requirements

Ö Qualified candidates must possess clean, valid, State of Maine Driver License, Class B commercial driver’s license is preferred.

Ö Must be able to operate heavy equipment, work in adverse weather conditions.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.40 - $21.73 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• Night shift
• On call
• Weekends as needed
