GRT Roofing is seeking 2 to 3 sales representatives to join our sales team.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with homeowners and property managers to understand their roofing and construction needs.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the sales process and their construction project.
• Conduct roof and exterior inspections and document damage via pictures, measurements and notes.
• Address questions and resolve issues promptly to ensure a great experience from initial contact to project completion.
• Maintain integrity and professionalism in all customer interactions.
• Maintain contact and project information within company software.
• Complete all necessary paperwork related to retail sales or to the insurance claim process.

Qualifications:

• Preferred: 1 to 2 years of roofing or exterior construction sales
• Must have valid driver’s license
• Must be able to lift 50lbs
• Must not be afraid of heights
• Must be able to climb a ladder to a roof when necessary
• Must present well and be comfortable dealing face to face with customers
• Must have reliable transportation and live within 20 miles of North Olmsted
• Must be self-motivated, independent, and have good time management skills
• Must be willing/able to self-generate leads as well as run office-leads.
• Must have a smart phone capable of taking pictures/video during home inspections.

Compensation and Benefits:

This is a 1099 position with sales representatives earning between $60k-$165k annually.

We help you succeed with quoting/estimating tools to speed the sales process and inform your customers.

Flexible hours Monday through Fridays.
