The Marketing Communications Manager is responsible for planning, developing, and implementing marketing communication strategies and campaigns. This role focuses on promoting the company's brand, products, and services to target audiences through various communication channels.
Responsibilities:
1. strategy Development:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing communication strategies.
- Align marcomms plans with overall business objectives and marketing strategies.
- Identify target audiences and tailor communication messages accordingly.
2. Content Creation:
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, press releases, newsletters, social media content, and website content.
- Ensure all content is consistent with brand guidelines and messaging.
3. Campaign Management:
- Plan and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and events.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure timely and effective campaign execution.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed for optimal results.
4. Public Relations:
- Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers.
- Manage press relations and handle media inquiries.
- Write and distribute press releases and other PR materials.
5. Digital Marketing:
- Oversee the company’s social media presence and online reputation.
- Manage website content and SEO strategies to improve online visibility.
- Implement email marketing campaigns and track their effectiveness.
6. Internal Communications:
- Develop and manage internal communication initiatives to keep employees informed and engaged.
- Coordinate with HR and other departments to support internal communication needs.
7. Brand Management:
- Ensure all marketing communications are aligned with the brand identity.
- Conduct regular brand audits to maintain brand integrity and consistency.
8. Market Research:
- Conduct market research to understand market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape.
- Use insights to inform marketing strategies and communications.
9. Budget Management:
- Develop and manage the marcomms budget.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in marketing communications or related roles.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
