- Pay Range: $75,000-$120,000.
- Full Benefits Package: Medical, Vision, Dental, and 401k available
- Paid Time Off: Two weeks off 5 floating holidays
- Professional Development Stipend: $500 per year in professional development stipend to use towards classes, seminars, or materials.
- Yearly Bonuses: Bonuses provided based on personal and company performance.
- Must be a licensed clinical therapist, this can include:
- LCSW, LCSW-C, ILCSW, LCPC, or LMFT
- 3-5 years of experience working in a growing practice
- Previous experience working with neurodiverse clients preferred. Willingness to work with the neurodiverse community is required.
- For Board Certified Supervisors – prior experience providing clinical supervision is required.
