Overview

HR Acuity is seeking a dynamic, experienced candidate to manage our clients’ journey with the HR Acuity suite of solutions. HR Acuity, the only technology platform specifically built for employee relations and investigations management, is focused on providing a top tier implementation experience for our clients.

As an Implementation Manager on our Professional services team, you will be responsible for leading our clients through the implementation and adoption of the HR Acuity suite of solutions. Based on the Statement of Work (SOW), you will manage the entire client engagement from kick-off to adoption. The ideal candidate is well versed in HR SaaS technology, experienced managing multiple enterprise implementations, and detailed oriented to ensure effective change management within an organization. The Implementation Manager is well versed in interacting with and presenting to senior leadership within a business, including C-level executives, human resources professionals, legal and IT teams.

The Opportunity

  • Own the client implementation process for our clients including kick-off, requirements gathering workshops, configurations, integrations, adoption, and training.
  • Manage multiple projects ensuring all project plans and time frames are managed and communicated to the clients.
  • Provide regular communications to leadership, project teams and clients.
  • Lead all aspects of the implementation including owning the relationship with key enterprise HR Acuity clients (5,000 employees) by understanding the organizational requirements and challenges, managing expectations, developing strong relationships with key stakeholders, and providing outstanding client service with the goal of fostering long-term business relationships and continued growth.
  • Structure project plans and lead the initial implementation to minimize client’s time to first value and build trust.
  • Provide guidance and mentoring to clients on business process improvement, change management and best practices during implementation to ensure high success and full client adoption by becoming an expert in the HR Acuity suite of products and features and Human Resource best practices.
  • Address and resolve client issues and concerns by working across the organization, including support, product, engineering, and management resources, to meet project timeframes and clients’ expectations.
  • Identify and implement process improvement initiatives to reduce implementation duration.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-3 years experience leading concurrent implementations with a SaaS solution. 
  • HR Tech/HR experience a plus.
  • Proven ability to drive change within client organizations.
  • Demonstrated ability to find creative and proactive ways to communicate to stakeholders, drive process improvements and implement process change.
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently.
  • Strong oral/written communication skills with facilitation and/or training experience with a proven ability to lead meetings with executive level stakeholders.
  • Excellent organization/prioritization, time management and analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated ability and willingness to quickly master a new system and implementation process.
  • Ability to work and influence across the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive client satisfaction ratings with client engagement and personal communication strategies.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple Enterprise and Professional clients.
  • Experience working internally across engineering, product, and customer support.

HR Acuity is located in Florham Park, NJ. This role can be remote W/F/H. Ability to come to the office for department/company collaboration based upon business needs
