HR Acuity is seeking a dynamic, experienced candidate to manage our clients’ journey with the HR Acuity suite of solutions. HR Acuity, the only technology platform specifically built for employee relations and investigations management, is focused on providing a top tier implementation experience for our clients.
As an Implementation Manager on our Professional services team, you will be responsible for leading our clients through the implementation and adoption of the HR Acuity suite of solutions. Based on the Statement of Work (SOW), you will manage the entire client engagement from kick-off to adoption. The ideal candidate is well versed in HR SaaS technology, experienced managing multiple enterprise implementations, and detailed oriented to ensure effective change management within an organization. The Implementation Manager is well versed in interacting with and presenting to senior leadership within a business, including C-level executives, human resources professionals, legal and IT teams.
