Operational Efficiency and Development:

  • Apply experience and judgment to interpret and implement senior management directives.
  • Drive ongoing training and retention programs for technicians.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve operational efficiency.
  • Maintain a safe and compliant working environment.
  • Ensure optimal reliability and safety of company assets while controlling costs.
  • Provide weekly service activity updates to the VP of Product Support, including potential issues.
  • Advise management on recommended improvements.
  • Communicate job status, progress, and activity updates to sales, rental, and management.
