Be part of a dynamic and growing company as a Regional Director for our client, a leading automotive dealership group. As a Regional Director, you will play a crucial role in overseeing multiple dealership locations, driving business growth, and ensuring operational excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage multiple dealership locations, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and maximize market share.
  • Provide guidance and support to dealership General Managers, ensuring they have the resources and tools needed to succeed.
  • Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective strategies.
  • Collaborate with various departments, including sales, finance, and marketing, to drive business growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Oversee the implementation and compliance of company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration between dealership locations and the corporate office.
  • Foster a positive and engaging work environment, promoting teamwork, professional development, and employee satisfaction.
  • 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the automotive industry, preferably as a Regional Manager or Director.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong strategic thinking and planning abilities.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Sound business acumen and financial management skills.
  • Proficient in analyzing data and making data-driven decisions.
  • Knowledge of dealership operations and industry trends.
  • Ability to travel to different dealership locations as needed.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
