DO YOU MEET THESE QUALIFICATIONS?

  • 21 years of age
  • A valid driver's license
  • Proof of automobile insurance
  • Bachelor's degree in the human service field with 2 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience (preferred)

WHAT YOU DO AS A PROGRAM OPERATIONS ASSISTANT

You have the opportunity to play a vital role in our therapeutic programming. Reporting directly to the Programs Manager, you are responsible for ensuring the delivery of top-notch care aligned with our CARE / TCI practice model.

Your commitment to advocating for both clients and staff is paramount. You provide essential support such as shift planning, coaching, and decision-making assistance for our on-duty staff, always emphasizing our CARE principles.

Your contributions extend to the selection, supervision, and performance evaluations of our Youth Care Workers. You serve as a role model, coaching our staff on maintaining a strong work ethic focused on delivering quality care for the children in our program.

Building trust and fostering strong relationships are key aspects of your role. You facilitate communication among various members of our residential team and actively identify staff development needs.

Recommending ongoing training and actively participating in treatment planning for residents are further ways you contribute to the success of our therapeutic initiatives.
