ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESPrimary DutiesPerforms duties associated with Frame-To-Come and TracingProcesses breakages Reviews assigned queues in Combobulator and makes corrections based on specific queue guidelinesEnters alphabetic, numeric, or symbolic data from source documents into computer following format displayed on screen and enters necessary codesCompares data entered with source documents or re-enters data in verification format on screen to detect errorsMakes necessary corrections to information enteredMust know additional information when it applies: billing policies, lens availability, frame manufacturers, etc.Maintain neatness of workstationSeparate trays received from Customer Service and take to the appropriate stationTray up orders received over the internet or handwritten by Customer ServiceMay participate in Frame/Lens Stock ordering and restocking as well as lens pick for orders Secondary DutiesCrosstrain in other positionsOther duties as assigned by the Supervisor or GM in absence of supervisor QUALIFICATIONSEducationHigh School Diploma or GEDExperienceNone requiredKnowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesAble and willing to work as a teamMust be able to work Overtime and Saturdays when needed and be flexible with work scheduleAble to read and write English Language well and possess basic math skillsAble to memorize large amounts of data accurately10 key-by-touch and 45 wpm typing skillsProblem solving skillsPhysical RequirementsWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and to use hands to type and write.
