Howe Security is Hiring a Security Officer (Full-time) Near Naperville, IL
Responsibilities:
- Provide unarmed security services to protect personnel, property, and assets
- Conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety and security of the premises
- Monitor surveillance systems, including CCTV cameras and alarms
- Respond promptly to incidents and emergencies, including thefts, disturbances, and medical situations
- Enforce access control procedures and verify the identity of individuals entering or exiting the premises
- Conduct thorough inspections to identify potential security risks or breaches
- Maintain accurate records of incidents, daily activities, and any other relevant information
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Our Officers at these facilities conduct regular foot patrols, respond to emergency situations that require security assistance, write detailed incident reports, and more!
- Maintain a physical presence within the facility
- Actively enforce rules, regulations, policies and procedures
- Provide an empathetic approach to managing any escalated persons and situations
- Keep accurate logs throughout your scheduled shift
- Respond to reported incidents as necessary
- Monitor a closed-circuit television for potential issues
YOU’RE A GREAT FIT IF YOU:

- Have strong verbal and nonverbal communication skills
- Have keen attention to detail
- Are comfortable with on-foot duties for extended periods of time
- A Current Illinois PERC
- At least 21 years of age
