Summary: The Warehouse Associate / Delivery Driver is responsible for receiving product, un-packing, distributing product to correct inventory location, generating pick list and staging product for shipment to fulfill customer orders and delivery or pick up of items to customer location, answering phones and taking care of in house customers. Other duties may be assigned.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Answer company phone and takes verbal customer orders
· Attends to in house customers
· Review pick list and determine items to be moved, gathered or distributed
· Sorts and places material or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined locations
· Fills requisitions, work orders or request for other stock items as directed by Supervisor
· Marks materials, stock items with identifying information
· Opens crates, boxes, and other containers
· Receives product into stock per documented receiving instructions
· Records amounts of material or items received or distributed
· Always maintain professionalism, tact, diplomacy, and sensitivity to portray the company in a positive manner
· Drives vehicle to pick up or deliver items to locations
· Stock store displays with new or replenished merchandise as needed
· Cleans / sweeps warehouse aisles, staging areas, show room floors and on a daily basis
· Collects trash throughout the facility and surrounding outside areas

· Minimum HS Diploma or GED
· Prior warehouse experiences a plus

· Strong initiative and ability to work independently
· Demonstrated work ethic, integrity and professional conduct
Mathematical Skills
· Ability to perform calculations and mathematical figures, percentages and prepare quotes
Computer Skills:
· Computer literate
· Prior experience or knowledge of inventory software (MRP / ERP) and experience with order processing systems
· Proficient in MS Office applications
· Email and phone etiquette
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
· Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
· Forklift experience preferred
· Experience towing a box trailer or flatbed trailer
Physical Demands/Working Environment:
· While performing duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finder, handle or feel and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel or crouch. The employee is occasionally required to climb. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 40 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and pull up to 100 pounds with the use of a mechanical assist. Specific vision abilities required by the job include ability to adjust focus.
