JOB SUMMARY
The CCMR Business Operations department oversees CCMR program integrity, evaluation, testing, contracts, facilities, procurement, external partnerships, districtwide events, districtwide initiatives, and platforms. The Coordinator 1, under the supervision of the Coordinator 1, will be the subject matter expert in one of the above categories. The Coordinator 1 of CCMR Business Operations plays a critical role in driving organizational success by setting goals, developing strategies, and ensuring compliance for CCMR efforts across the district in the area under their purview.
MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides oversight and expertise in area of specialization.
Provide guidance for the CCMR teams at the Unit level to ensure that campus instructional leaders can effectively monitor compliance, execute programming, and drive increased student outcomes related to CCMR.
Continuously uses multiple sources of data to monitor progress and adjust efforts and supports as needed. Provides relevant data to division, unit, and campus leadership to drive campus-level adjustments that will increase student outcomes.
MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES CONTINUED
- Collaborates with various internal and external stakeholders, other district departments, community and non-profit organizations, universities, and professional development providers to maximize CCMR outcomes
- May oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of departmental programs, projects, and initiatives.
- Serves as a subject matter expert on program integrity, evaluation, testing, contracts, facilities, procurement, external partnerships, districtwide events, districtwide initiatives, or platforms.
EDUCATION
Bachelor's Degree; Master Degree or relevant experience of having led successfully districtwide CCMR efforts.
