Houston County, Alabama is Hiring an Equipment Operator I Near Dothan, AL

Schedule

6:30 am to 5 pm

Duties

Operates light and heavy-duty trucks and tractors. Operates trucks equipped with dump body to transport and dump loose materials such as sand, gravel, crushed rock, or paving materials to designated sites. Performs routine maintenance. May operate specialized equipment such as bulldozers, asphalt roller, motor patrol, etc. Occasionally may assist in clearing trees, brush, and debris using a variety of tools and equipment.

Qualification

Ability to read and write in English, experience in operating trucks, dump trucks, or other heavy equipment preferred. Must possess a valid Class "B" CDL with medical certification. Non CDL applicants may apply. CDL required with in 6 months of employment. All current employees must have a valid CDL with medical certification.
