The couple, both seniors, already have a chef, housekeeper, and laundress in place. The ideal candidate will be responsible for heavy cleaning tasks, lifting heavy items, and providing light handyman services. The role involves maintaining a high standard of cleanliness, assisting with various tasks, and working collaboratively with the existing household staff.

Responsibilities:

1. Heavy Cleaning:

   • Collaborate with the housekeeper to perform heavy cleaning duties as needed.
   • Ensure all areas of the residence are well-maintained and meet the highest standards of cleanliness.

2. Lifting and Assistance:

   • Assist with lifting heavy items as required.
   • Help with luggage and deliveries, such as carrying cases of Perrier.

3. Light Handyman Responsibilities:

   • Handle light handyman tasks, including cleaning floors, mopping stone floors, polishing brass, and changing light bulbs.
   • Tidy the garden and perform basic pool maintenance.

4. Property Maintenance:

   • Replace the current maintenance company by taking on more extensive property maintenance responsibilities.
   • Possess knowledge of HVAC and electrical systems.

5. Team Collaboration:

   • Work seamlessly with the existing household staff, including the chef, housekeeper, and laundress.
