Private family looking hire an Engaging Live-In Nanny in Washington, DC!
**Hiring before or by the end of April**The Ideal Candidate: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Live-In Nanny to join our family and play a crucial role in supporting our children's daily routines and education. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the kids are ready for school, assisting with pickups and extracurricular activities, and actively engaging in educational and recreational activities during their time at home. This is a live-in role; they have a private room and bathroom available. They are looking to hire someone for very long-term, someone who will become a part of their family. Children are 5,2, and a newborn. A baby nurse will be working with them. Once the baby nurse leaves, you will take care of the infant as well. Mom will help with a large chunk of care during the afternoon. You will have a break during the middle of the day- a true break where you can leave the home to go run your own errands, go to the gym, etc. This is 40 hours a week position. Main Responsibilities:

• Help getting the kids up and ready for school
• Assist with morning preparations, including breakfast and getting dressed.
• Pick up the children from school and coordinate extracurricular activities.
• Plan and engage in educational play and sensory activities.
• Assist with bath and dinner for the children.
• Create a nurturing and educational environment during evening hours.
• Take an active role in the children's education through play and interactive learning.
• Plan and implement crafts, outings, and activities that stimulate their cognitive and creative development.

Position Requirements

• Work Hours: - TUE-F 7AM-10AM, 2PM-7PM. SATURDAY 8AM-4PM
• Languages: English
• Experience: 5 Years of Experience
• References: Minimum of 2 References
• Background: Pass stringent background checks and drug testing upon offer of hire
• Personality Traits: Warm, loving, educational, engaging, truly loves children.

Position Compensation

• Salary: $30-$35/hour
